Manpower Concreting has been a leader in the concreting business for nearly 20 years.

Manpower Concreting was born as a landscaping business focussed on high-end landscape construction. From high-end natural stone paving to featured retainer walls, we were widely recognised as leaders in our industry. Our strong reputation facilitated a successful transition into decorative concreting 17 years ago.  



Our background in landscaping puts us a notch above most concreting businesses. It has given us the ability to understand and advise our clients on the complexities of levels and contours of their projects.

Our team consists of three concreting specialists led by Steve Koutspis.

Steve takes a hands-on approach to all his projects to ensure top quality finishes and absolute client satisfaction. 



​In his downtime, Steve is a family man and father of three. On Saturdays Steve is committed to his family and you can probably find him watching his sons playing footy for the local club.
